Commission Painting
I did this comission piece for a lovely couple a while back, they walk their dog regularly at Yanchep and wanted to have something on their wall that represented them. So feel free to ask artists if they do comissions as sometimes you can really own a piece that encapsulates your own personal memory of a place or time.

Camera Play - Floral Delights
The fact that we now have digital cameras means you can snap away to your hearts content. I love to play with my camera and have taken some shots of flowers and shrubs and even strawberries. I am currently learning how to use oil paints and just love the floral paintings that are produced with oils. Will save some of these shots for when I decide to tackle flowers. I hope you enjoy viewing.

Kids Art Lessons - Beach pastels
This Saturday the kids got to use their hands and work with chalk pastels. It can be very messy but they managed to keep their workspace clean and had to learn to wash their hands often so as not to smudge their colours and they produced some fantastic beach paintings. Can't wait to see what they produce next week, well done kids!

Saturday Kids Classes
The beginning of the new school term meant that Saturday morning classes were ready to commence once again. We had a mixed bag on Saturday everyone working on different ideas and mediums. We had some kids working with gouache and the other kids were pencil drawing a still life that was set up for them. It was hard work to pencil draw for 2 hours but I am impressed at their studious work and all the kids produced some great pieces for their first week back.
