This painting is of the track that we walk each morning with our two dogs in Mindarie.  It never fails to amaze me how beautiful this stretch of coastline is and how lucky we are to get to walk this every day.  The sea eagle sits on this rock every morning taking in the morning sun.

Workshop - Pastel work by students

The painting below is by my student Bohdi, he has created gorgeous shadows in this painting and I love his green leafy sand dunes.  This is his second pastel painting, and I can see he is already so very talented.

My Wednesday morning ladies have produced the pastel paintings shown below.  What a fantastic job they have done.  They are now on to new and exciting abstract work, I will keep you posted.

My Saturday morning girls did the most amazing job of their sculptures.  I am so impressed with their work and they had so much fun creating these pieces.

Home Exhibition Success

I opened my home studio on Sunday, 4 March and it was a great success.  There was a steady stream of people all day it is wonderful to see people supporting local artists.  A few photos of my studio are below, you may contact me at annsteerart@hotmail.com for a private viewing.

I sold 8 pieces in total, six straight off the walls and two comission pieces.  My many thanks to all of you that showed up and supported me and I hope that these paintings bring you many years of enjoyment when you hang them in your homes.
